Digitpages is a digital marketing agency based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We offer services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Content Strategy. Our registered office is at 1st H Main Road, Kasturi Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043.

Services

The scope of services will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided before work begins. Services may include:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing and Management
• Website Design and Development
• Content Strategy and Creation
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation
• Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Digitpages reserves the right to decline service to anyone at any time.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information about your business
• Grant timely access to necessary accounts and platforms
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule
• Not engage in any illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Delayed payments may result in a pause or termination of services
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable GST unless stated otherwise

Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, and materials created by Digitpages become the client's property upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the intellectual property of Digitpages.

Digitpages retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Results and Guarantees

Digitpages provides services based on best practices and professional expertise. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors including search algorithm changes, market competition, and client-side actions.

Any projections or estimates are based on our experience and available data and are not binding commitments.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues after termination of any service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digitpages shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding invoices become immediately payable
• Digitpages will hand over all completed deliverables and access credentials
• No refunds will be issued for work already completed

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Reproduce or resell any part of our website without written permission

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
